The weather was odd and muggy today. It was gray skies but hot air.
When the weather's like this I have no desire to cook. So tonight it
was sandwiches. Leftover carne asada with Jack cheese, cilantro, and
tomatoes, Those gloriously delicious tomatoes. Accompanied with a
cerveza, some utz chips and a dill pickle and I say it was a mighty
good meal.

I have come to the conclusion that we were all drawn to work at sugar
mostly because of the name. Today it was Maria who brought in sugary
treats (ironically she can't eat any right now as she is super pregs
with twins!), tasty sour candies!
Ps. That's her in the background working hard while we eat all the
candy.

Anneh and I went to bistro burger for lunch. We split a chocolate malt
and I ordered a Mediterranean turkey burger. It has spinach and olives
and feta. And apparently I'm not in the mood for olives. I thought
they sounded good, but when I bit down (I order this all the time so
yes I knew what I was getting) it was just too olivey. I ate it
anyway. I mean was there any question?

Made a visit to my desk. I should've shared it but I pigged it. Now
I'm crazy full (also ate tomatoes this morning) and feeling it. I'm
pretty sure it was worth it though.
