The original plan was plates upon plates of potstickers. But when I
got home, I remembered that there was beef hanging out in the fridge.
So Randall cooked us up some tasty stir fry with pea shoots,
mushrooms, and fresh Chinese noodles. The dish itself could've been a
bit brighter in flavor, but it was still wonderful and perfectly spicy
too.
Ps. Omg. This tilt shift app is the best 99cents I ever spent.

There's some newfound space in the freezer and I thought it meant we
should fill it with homemade potstickers. So we hopped in the car and
headed down to sunset super. I'd never been before and had heard good
things. I liked it better than the ranch, but standing around in the
seafood department too long had me thinking twice. Although not enough
to really care. I bought a bunch of tiger shrimp and some ground pork
and now it's time for a potsticker making fest.

The sun keeps hiding behind the clouds, but there is old wine not
worth drinking on it's own. This means that despite the lack of
constant sun, it's still sangria weather.

I got a late start today and needed food. I was telling myself the
food need was asap, but if that was the case I should've gone with
something easy like a bowl of cereal. Instead I opted to make a fresh
corn salad (still easy, but rather time consuming to prep everything).
The extra time was worth it though the salad was delish. I used
tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, Parmesan cheese, basil, and a splash of
balsamic. Then I paired it with a bit of salami, and a piece of naan.
Definitely worth the effort!
