Right about now you're wishing this blog had scratch and sniff. No
really, trust me, you are. When I got home from work (what's with the
late days folks?) Randall was cooking dinner and when I opened the
door I was mesmerized by the lovely smell of garlic, peppers and other
tasty seasonings. He had (finally) finished up the rice by making a
chicken dish with spinach. It tasted as good as it smelled.Sidenote: I thought about putting this all together in an omelet like
Sara taught me, but the food was already ready and so it will have to
wait for another day.

The gals in sales wanted me to teach them how to mobile blog. I
happily obliged and in return they gave me access to bdhatt's fancy
candy.
Thanks bdhatt!
Sidenote: if a group of marketing folks is a gaggle, what is a group
of sales folks?

Last week I read about Kung Fu tacos, a new chinese style taco truck
parked at Jackson and sansome, and immediately IMed Julie. We made
plans for future life fulfillment (aka cheap and delicious lunch), but
they kept getting botched. Today though, we were able to succeed.
I was going to just get two tacos, but they were cheap $2 or $3, and I
couldn't decide so I got three. One char siu pork, one roasted duck,
and one Chinese beef. The duck was definitely the best. And while it
wasn't the greatest taco ever it was a nice option for downtown. I'd
go again but it's a short walk from the office and well out of the
comfort radius, so I probably won't think of it. However, if I worked
across the street I'd be there on a regular basis.

The height of tomato season is one of my favorite times of year. A
super ripe juicy tomato is definitely one of the beat things in the
world. Look at how perfectly red the insides are.
Sidenote: I'm wishing I had eaten more of them this morning.
