Making a tasty m-eel

We decided to keep today's Asian theme alive with some BBQ eel, spicy
sauteed garlic spinach, and brown rice (not quite porridge style). The
eel was something we picked up at the Korea store (missing n is
intentional - that's a morm phrase), and was premarinated. We just had
to shove it in the oven. It came out pretty nice, if not a bit over
salty. I probably won't get this exact kind again.
